# Contact Card Lounge

For help with Card Lounge, email support@intellimatic.com. The address is repeated at the end of this page.

This page explains what to include when you report a problem, so that your report is as useful as possible.

## Reporting a bug

A good bug report makes a problem much quicker to find and fix. Please include:

1. **Game mode**, for example Klondike Draw 3 or Spider two suits.
2. **Deal number**, which is shown with every deal and lets the exact deal be replayed.
3. **Device and browser**, for example a phone or a laptop, and the browser you were using with its version if you know it.
4. **Steps**: what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

If the problem only appears after a particular sequence of moves, list those moves in order. It also helps to say whether it happens every time or only now and then.

## Before you report a rule question

Some behaviour that looks like a bug is simply how a game's rules work on this site. For example, Spider does not let you draw from the stock while any column is empty, Klondike only lets a King fill an empty column, and Golf does not allow anything to be played on a King. The rules are set out in [How to play](how-to-play.html) and [Compare the games](compare.html).

## Accessibility feedback

Feedback on accessibility is especially welcome. Every solitaire can be played with the keyboard (`Tab`, `Enter` or `Space`, `Esc` and the shortcut keys), and the cards are designed with large corner indexes and red and black suits, as described on the [card art page](card-art.html). If something is hard to see, reach or operate, please describe it, along with your device, your browser and any assistive technology you use.

## Article corrections

The guides and articles are checked against the game rules. If you find one that disagrees with how a game actually plays, note the page and the game mode in your report.
